An initial consultation includes a 1-2 hour
tour of the home for sale. This is where the
homeowner and the Professional Stager
exchange information about the home and the
area. We also like to consult with the Realtor
before this consultation if the home is already
listed with an Agent. You will soon receive a
Summary Report. This report includes a
detailed account of your home and what you
can do specifically, or have us do depending on
your budget. This will include furniture
placement, things to remove or replace. For
some people this is all they will need, others
may need help and that is what we love to do.
If you chose to do the work yourself we can
return and help do final adjustments to the
rooms with you, or we can return before an open
house and assist with set up. After the
consultation it is up to you and your budget.

We base our consultation fee by the square foot.
Our fee is.08 per square foot. The Summary
Report is included.

Our hourly rate for staging is $125.00 per hour.
If you have a 2500.00 sq. Ft. Home and you
need 9 hours of estimated work your total would
be $1320.00.
Specific trade work will be estimated separately
according to the rates of the work to be done
(painting, drywall repair, etc.). We work within
any budget to make sure you get the most
money for your home.
